Greetings!
Being an independent artist is one of the toughest careers
in the world, but your support of Stephen
Souza, especially his latest release “Sensi
Smoker” has made life as an independent artist a lot easier, and has put
him on the map as being one of the Top Independent Male Vocalists of the Year.
Stephen enjoyed a fantastic summer which included a
performance at the sold out All White Affair hosted by Ms. Maxine Greaves in
New York, he performed with Junior Cat in Philadelphia, and now, to close out
the year, he will be performing in New
Jersey on December 20th
at Club Eclipse! Not too bad!
In addition to performances, Stephen will be releasing an EP
(in a month – ish) as well as an album next year. The
Reggae Gentleman was given this name by his fans for a very good reason!
Here’s a musical recap of Stephen’s hot chune "Smoke Sensi",
and make sure you tweet with the artist via @stephensouzanyc and
let him know what you think of this single!
P.S. Stephen’s song “Smoke Sensi Pt. 2” is the most added
song to the Sitting and Watching riddim made famous by The Crown Prince, Dennis
Brown. The other famous song added to
the riddim is Beres Hammond and Shaggy’s chune “Fight This Feeling!”
