Greetings!
I don’t mean to be a tease, but today is going to be the
exception to my rule!
Tosh and Trees, and the team at Larger Than Life Records alongside Dynasty
Records have put together an incredible One Drop riddim called the Going Home Riddim. Using a sweet swing and bounce vibe, the
record label executives (Tosh and Trees) designed the riddim to make people
skank, and skank they do.
Leading the riddim run is Chino McGregor with the chune “Larger
Than Life,” Busy Signal and Exco Levi tag team with the chune “Wicked Evil Man,” Gappy Ranks comes in
with “Free My Chains” and Bobby Hustle completes the package with
“The Hunted.” The entire riddim will be available on iTunes
and all digital retail formats on November 5th, 2013, but until we
get there, let me just say that this is the type of riddim that excites the
industry. This is the kind of riddim
that will make people want to go to a session (dance) and skank on their good
foot. This is ital music at its best!
