Elijah Salomon ft Cali P - Joyful Streets (Official Music Video 2019)

The more you travel is the more you see.  The more you see is the more you feel; the more you feel is the more one’s music relates. Elijah Salomon and Cali P have hit the mark with how much their music relates.

“Joyful Streets” is the newest single from Elijah.  Produced by One Camp Records, the song evokes every positive ray of sunshine and every feel-good vibe making it an undeniable song to play on radio and add to your playlist.  The bass line is deep and moving like the Niger river, and the Guitar is the friendly ‘hello’ being said to passersby.  Elijah’s use of an authentic Talking Drum (similar to the sound created by Massamba Diop for the movie Black Panther) gives the song a familiar feel.

Lyrically Elijah sings: “sun is shining it’s a brand-new day / music playing the wind take it away / people coming in / making their way / everybody smiling it’s a joyful day….”

Released Today! Cali P - Healing of the Nation EP!

Cali P’s EP, Healing of the Nation has been released today, and is moving fast and hot like Granny’s Ackee and salt fish breakfast with fried dumpling on Sunday morning!

Reggae fans around the world pre-ordered the album on iTunes (using this link http://bit.ly/HealingOfTheNation) and all agree that is one of the best releases for 2014!

Reggae has a brand new release to celebrate, and that new release comes from Cali P!  His new EP, Healing of the Nation is sweeping over the masses like medicine for all illnesses!

Cali’s 9 track disc is simple and follows these principles:  celebrate Mama Africa, the place we all come from, recognize the strength you have in you to withstand any and all obstacles that come your way, and together, we can make a great life.  In a beautiful way, Cali P showcases the principles of Rastafari.  Bringing these principles together is enhanced by Cali’s hand selected producers, which includes Riga from Hemp Higher Productions, Jr Blender, Jugglerz, Seani B (just to name a few), and Cali’s hand selected band who bring the EP to life every time Cali hits the stage to perform live!

The lead single from Healing of the Nation, “Solution” is picking up momentum not only in Jamaica, but around the world.  The message in the music is something everyone can relate to.  The artist sings:  “Hey Mr. Money mih seh I want a solution / right now out there so much problems / unno gwaan like some people nuh important / from unno see poor people unno fight dem / nuff people forget where dem come from / dem forget seh dem never have nothing / look like the money start blind them / so me use dem ears fih remind them….”

What fans will like about this album is it’s authentic Reggae offering!

The Letter Riddim ft. Cali P + Nickeisha Barnes + Cen’C Love + Progress + More!

Reggae music has just experienced another amazing release, and this time it comes from Saunjay ‘Triple Ace’ Kerr also known as J’Island Records.  The name of the riddim is The Letter Riddim and I know it’s one you are going to LOVE!

Beginning with the riddim, it’s mellow, easy groove; sweet.  Saunjay uses the bass line as a bed, and tops the bed with harps and synthesizers.  For accents, he uses drums which compliment the overall production.

Vocally, Cali P tells us why we love “Reggae Music” so much by singing:  “Ease off the pressure mek we feel likkle betta / Reggae music have the vibes / ease off the pressure mek we feel likkle betta / spread the joy and hold a vibes / Reggae music / is playing / what a wonderful feeling ….”

Combine the riddim and Cali P’s lyrics and we have a hit riddim for radio, iTunes and mixtapes!  Supporting the lead single from Cali P (from Guadeloupe / Switzerland), is Nikki Burt (from Jamaica), Nickeisha Barnes (from Jamaica), Ultimate Shines (from Jamaica), Cen’C Love (from Jamaica), Geoffrey Star (from Jamaica), I-Razor (from Austria), Miriam Simone (from Suriname / Holland), Cateyes (from the US), Progress (from the US), Phenomden (from Switzerland), Collis Duranty (from Trinidad & Tobago), Chai (from Jamaica), Cescojam (from Italy).

This is truly an international collaboration in the name of Reggae Music!
