L3 Magazine December issue Featuring Morgan Heritage – Lisa Hyper – Elle Tremma!

Grammy Award winning, Royal Family of Reggae, Morgan Heritage graces the December,
L3 Magazine - December, 2017

2017 issue of L3 Magazine.  With their newest album, Avrakedabra nominated for a Grammy, and being one of the most respected names in the business, L3 sat down with Mojo Morgan to talk about career and music.  Riding high from fan response to the album, and fresh off the Wall Street (New York Stock Exchange) Irie Christmas stage, Morgan Heritage gives us Avrakedabra!

Much can be said about Lisa Hyper, but we make no bones that we want you to like her.  Using her voice as one of Jamaica’s Dancehall Stars, Lisa has clearly defined what it means to BOSS Up which also happens to be the title of her new EP.  Lisa drops golden nuggets that all women should hear.  In a quote from the interview she says:

“Some of us, when we’re in an unhealthy relationship, it’s hard for us to Boss up because your mind is not contented – you’re in an unhealthy relationship and you’re easily distracted.  For some of us to be on a path, to accomplish our dreams and our goals, we have to show a man tough love.  If you don’t, they will take advantage of you and derail you from what you’re trying to get done.”

Upcoming singer from Toronto, Elle Tremma takes a serious approach to writing her songs, and the seriousness is based on spirituality.  She has a fantastic personality, the right approach towards music, and a catch-phrase you’ll never forget!  #Spladaps!

Dancehall classes are coming to Simon Fraser University thanks to Mikhail Moore and we have the scoop as well as music charts, new video’s, year round gift giving guide and so much more!

Song River travels to Trinidad & Tobago to speak to the twin republics Rock band jointpop!  It’s hard to believe that Rock comes from the Caribbean, but as far as jointpop’s fans are concerned, they don’t care.  Good music is good music!  So how does a Rock band grow to international status?!  This is a must read on how the band overcame a lot of ‘no’s!’

Most people know Idris Elba for his on screen performances in movies such as Mandela – Long Walk to Freedom, or Heimdell in the movie Thor or as Gordon Jennings in Takers.  Few know that Idris began his career in Entertainment as a professional DJ, and we have his exclusive mix ‘Look with Your Ears’ Vol. 1 which takes fans on a 1 hour musical journey that leaves them wanting more.

Ossie, aka Triple O Productions hails from the UK and is one of the most influential music producers on an international scale.  He is not limited to one genre, and has experienced great success with 2Face Idibia, Beenie Man, Vicky Sola and more.  He proudly represents a growing base of Naija enthusiasts and is at the top of his game.  How does he bridge Dancehall, Pop and African music?  We have the answers!

The Most Powerful Man on the Radio in New York ►►► DJ Norie!

Greetings!

There is nothing I like to talk about more, and promote more than people who play or perform music.  I am so driven to promote our industries players of instruments that I created L3 Magazine.  I’ll never forget my first front cover which featured Richie Feelings and Panther from Black Kat Sound; what a long way I’ve come, and now I’m returning to my roots!

DJ Norie is one of the most humble people you will ever meet.  He’s also very laid back, and chill, except when it comes to his relationship with music.  When we step in to that arena, Norie’s persona amplifies and he does what he does best which results in many happy people singing and dancing when he plays.  Everybody moves when he touches the wheels of steel!

A lot of people (outside of New York), don’t know that Norie began with Afrique Sound.  Those beginnings built him to the point that he knows music inside out, and he knows the fans inside out.  When you combine those two (music and fans), you end up with the #1 Radio show on the #1 Radio station, Power 105.1 FM and sold out events no matter where he goes.  His story will impress you, and it’s here for you to read in the November issue of L3 Magazine.  Click on the cover to read >>> http://bit.ly/1hzXXeN

P.S.  You can also read about Bramma, Christopher Ellis, Reigndrop Lopes (sister of Lisa ‘Lefteye’ Lopes) and more!
