It was just announced (Thursday January 22^nd, 2015) that Toronto Raptor Kyle Lowry will be a starter on team East for the NBA All Star game.  This honor is reserved for the best players in the NBA as voted by players and the fans.  To celebrate (Toronto is my home team after all), I decided to put together my top 10 songs for Kyle’s pre-game listening party!

As point guard from Villanova by way of Cardinal Doughtery High School in Philadelphia, Kyle has worked his way up from the bottom which is why the number one song comes from Demarco called “Levels to This.”  Anyone who thinks this just ‘came’ to Kyle or any other player, have no idea the training and regiment players go through.

The Heatwave Presents – Truths & Rights Riddim … HOTTT New Remix ►►► Stylo G – Soundbwoy!

Greetings!

From the time you hear ‘Heatwave Presents,’ you know the remix coming is going to be good, and this remix is no exception!  Working with Stylo G from the UK, Gabriel and crew go to work combining the chune “Soundbwoy” with the Truths and Rights riddim.  Madd!

What you are going to LOVE about this remix is how perfectly Stylo G’s vocals sit on the riddim, as well as the cut outs (sections where the bass drops out) as well as the addition of modern day elements such as sound effects (not the typical).  For true audiophiles, your ears are not playing tricks when you hear sections where it sounds like the riddim is about to double up time wise.  I think this is an ‘on purpose’ tease that is cleverly done to excite the crowd.  Ka-Boom!  Can I also mention that this a murderous Dubplate ready chune?!
