Raging Fyah - Better Tomorrow | Official Music Video

Grammy nominated Raging Fyah has debuted their brand new video for “Better Tomorrow” today on premier music website Relix. The single will be released on Friday March 29th and will be included on their upcoming album soon to be revealed.

Raging Fyah stays true to their roots rock reggae sound with this brand-new song. “Better Tomorrow” is a lyrically powerful song that gives the message of building a bridge instead of creating a wall, serving as a literal and figurative metaphor for one love and unity. In a politically divided time, Raging Fyah shows us that coming together is the answer and division will only tear us apart.

Directed by Dubee of Upsetta, the video wanted to portray images of current events around the world and what should be done to make things better. “We wanted the video to connect to all kinds of people regardless of race, age and background,” said band member Pele. “We think the director did a good job at capturing the power of human connection,” he continued.

“Better Tomorrow” is such an important song in this political climate,” said band member Demar. “We know there is a lot to be done and we just want to do our small part by spreading the message of unity to the world,” he concluded.

Upcoming tour dates for Raging Fyah will be announced soon.

Roots - Rock- Reggae - Better Tomorrow with Raging Fyah!

If you're a roots, rock, Reggae fan, you are going to love the new release from Reggae group Raging Fyah!

“Better Tomorrow” is the second single following up the 2016 Grammy nominated album ‘Everlasting,’ and the first Raging Fyah release with new lead singer Journey.  Raging Fyah stays true to their sound in this brand-new song.

Focused on building a bridge instead of creating a wall, the song is literally and figuratively a metaphor for one love and unity.  In a politically divided time, and with the need for all people to be recognized, respected and appreciated, Raging Fyah shows us that love and unity is the answer and division will only tear us apart.

Our new political agenda is to have a better tomorrow where we all live beautifully!  Make sure you request this song from your favorite DJ!  Sources tell me the single will be available on social media (streaming platforms) soon!

Raging Fyah Featured on Grammy Amplifier Frontpage!

Hyundai and The Recording Academy® announce the launch of the third annual GRAMMY Amplifier® - an innovative, online music initiative aimed at mentoring emerging artists and providing them the opportunity to elevate their careers by showcasing their talent.  As of January 28th, featured on the front page of the Grammy Amplifier page is Jamaica’s own Raging Fyah!
Raging Fyah Featured on Grammy Amplifier

Three-time GRAMMY® and Brit winner Mark Ronson will serve as the 2015 GRAMMY Amplifier Ambassador alongside this year's program curators – current 57th GRAMMY nominees The Band Perry and Ziggy Marley, and singer/songwriter Allen Stone. The ambassador and curators will vet talent via online submissions and select the program's three winners who will individually be awarded one of the following prizes: (1) a studio recording session with a GRAMMY winning producer; (2) filming and starring in their own music video with a noted director; or (3) securing an opening spot for a noted musician and/or at a music festival.

"We couldn't be more excited to continue our dedication not only to the GRAMMYs but to the celebration and support of making music," said David Matathia, Director, Marketing & Communications, Hyundai Motor America.  "The Amplifier program and our partnership with the GRAMMYs allow Hyundai to celebrate innovation and creativity through a truly unique and inspiring platform."

Artists can begin entering submissions on January 27th at GRAMMYAmplifier.com.  Based on their track plays and social media "amplifications," the top 25 finalists will be brought together for a GRAMMY Amplifier mentorship experience.  The top 25 will then be whittled down by program curators to a short list of finalists, at which point the program ambassador will select the final three winners and align each of them with one of three top prizes.

The new GRAMMY Amplifier website will go live January 26th and will feature the debut of the mentoring session video series.  The episodes document the year-long learning experiences of the 2014 winners and include footage from a studio session with Ronson, the experience of performing on the road as opening act for Allen Stone, and conceptualizing and filming a music video under the guidance of industry professionals.

The 2015 GRAMMY Amplifier program marks the start of a newly inked three-year renewal between Hyundai and The Recording Academy, again naming Hyundai the official vehicle partner of The GRAMMY Awards. In addition to a new Hyundai commercial scheduled to debut during the 57th GRAMMY Awards television broadcast, Hyundai vehicles will be featured on the GRAMMY red carpet, GRAMMY Celebration® after-party, in addition to a Hyundai fleet of vehicles chauffeuring talent throughout the week.

HOTTT! New! Crossover Reggae to R&B ►►► Raging Fyah – First Love!

Greetings!

If you are a lover of music who appreciates mixed formats such as R&B, Jazz and Reggae, then this brand new chune from Raging Fyah will not only make you happy, it will make you VERY happy!

Performing since 2006, the band Raging Fyah has come to be known as one of the best for vocals and song composition, especially the recent hit “World Crisis” which was recorded in 2010.  That chune established the group as being unafraid to make social commentary on the state of the world; that was 2010.  Today in 2013, the band releases the love song “First Love” which marks another hit record for the band.

Using a smooth groove that sounds R&B, Raging Fyah sings:  “I’ve been there before, I’ve seen many doors / close and now / it’s like I walked out of heaven / Jah knows how I’m feeling / you didn’t want me to go now / the tears slowly flowed / and now that I’m searching / It’s you that I’m seeking / I have to find my way / back to my first Love….”  Musical Murdah!

So beautiful is this chune, you can easily mix this with Anita Baker or The Commodores, or even Robert Glasper if you’re in the Jazz lane.  This is also a GREAT chune to add to your Quiet Storm style mixed CD for Lover’s.  Showing musical maturity and dexterity, Raging Fyah knocks this song out the park!

Broadcasting in amplified sound, catch Raging Fyah and the chune “First Love” at the link below.  You can also connect with team Raging Fyah on Twitter @RagingFyah | www.Facebook.com/RagingFyah | @L3Magazine!

Fast Fact:  So good is the riddim for “World Crisis,” Richie Spice performed on it and made the song “Black Woman.”  He included the chune on his album Book of Job!
