Tamo J Releases New Music That Can “Change The World!”

Star singer Tamo J releases his newest single “Change The World.”  The artist encourages all to show love – to collectively ‘change the world.’

Inspired by news events highlighting the struggles surrounding human rights, justice for all and quality of living, Tamo J took pen to paper to music to record a song that empowered people to think about and be the change they wish to see.  Passionate about the word ‘change’ and its meaning, Tamo J said “if we all change, the world will change.  We have the power to change how things are right now and make them better.”

Worldwide, media reports indicate an increase in people suffering from a breakdown in mental health.  Incidents such as the deaths of George Floyd, Breonna Taylor and Botham were compounded by the pandemic causing some youth to feel there is a lack in humanity.  “Change The World” is empowering “because it is a call to action” says manager Christopher Townsend.

Produced by Gennastorm Productions, the Kingston-based label tasked Emelio Lynch aka Melio Sounds and Javaughnie Campbell aka Jayfk Productions to create the beat to support the song.  Opting for a simple beat with brass heavy instrumentation, Melio and Jayfk designed the music to emphasize the lyrics ‘we can change the world.’  “Co-creating with Tamo J is always a good experience.  He has a message, and it comes at the right time” said Lynch.

“Change The World” is available on all streaming platforms.
